In addition you can also select a Dark or Light theme throughout.

Furthermore, you are able to select various colors for message backgrounds, styles, font size, header colors,  and so on.

It can be important to know that your message has been read.

bioMail has the option to request a Read Receipt.

You are able to set this as permanently on if you wish via the settings section, or just select as required when composing your message.

OAuth2 is built into bioMail and enables you to connect to Gmail, Hotmail, and Yahoo with minimal fuss.

This saves you from having to store passwords within bioMail and likewise saves you from having to enter passwords every time you connect to one of those email servers.

Both POP3 and IMAP email accounts are supported giving you total control over the type of email servers you can connect to.

Of course TLS SSL is supported.

There is no limit to the number of email accounts you can create and manage from within bioMail.

These can be in any form from company accounts with dedicated email servers through to to free accounts such as Hotmail, GMail Yahoo and so on.

A key feature of bioMail is the local bioEncrypted folder where you can store any private email and attachments, all protected by your own scan.

These messages and attachments are encrypted locally using AES-256 in combination with your biometric of choice, To access and open the bioEncrypted folder, and then to open any messages and attachments, requires your biometric scan to first validated which in turn will open the messages and attachments for you. 

bioMail supports USB and Bluetooth fingerprint scanners.

Bluetooth fingerprint readers have greater flexibility and application of use as they can be also used on PC’s without the need for cables.

The bioMail parent Ardeun Biometrics Corp has a range of biometrically secure applications that use both standard USB style fingerprint scanners and as well as Bluetooth finger print scanners. 

End-to-End encryption ensures your data is encrypted the moment it leaves your hands, to the time it is received by the other party.

Technically this is fine in theory. However once it arrives, or indeed before it is sent, it can be viewed by anyone.

bioMail goes further by ensuring that only the actual individuals involved in that communication can view the data.

This is done by biometrically authenticating the sender when the message is created, thus verifying the communication is originating from the real owner of that message.

Likewise  biometrically authenticating the receiver when the message is opened, thus verifying the communication is being read by the desired recipient. 

Biometric Authentication has become the standard for truly identifying an individual.

bioMail uses proprietary code developed by us, and in conjunction with major biometric device manufacturers, to ensure your communication is encrypted to the highest standards as that which is demanded by the Department of Defense. This being referred to as referred to as AES-256.

More over we have patented our one-time-key and data transmission process which further secures communication using biometrics such as Finger, Face Iris, Voice. Specifically, it identifies the people at either end of a communication thread to ensure only those individuals allowed access are the one ones that get access.
