ABOUT bioMAIL

bioMail™ secures and encrypts your e-mail messages by authenticating “senders and receivers” using their biometric, the process of which is Proprietary and Patented.

Through a simple, intuitive interface, you “identity and authenticate” your e-mail message with your biometric. Those who receive your e-mail and attachments know beyond any doubt that the message came from you. Likewise you know that the person opening the message you sent, is the person you sent it to because they must “identity and authenticate” with their biometric in order to open the message and any attachments.

Encryption used is Military Grade AES-256 and is that which is required by the US Department of Defense.

Better than End-to-End Encryption using Biometric Identity.

While there is a role for end-to-end encryption and while that is certainly a powerful approach to secure data transmission. There is no way to verify that the Sender or Recipient are indeed the expected and desired parties involved.

For Your Eyes Only means just that. bioMail ensures that this phrase and requirement is upheld.

Specifically and importantly, the emails, and attachments, are “dually” encrypted, that is to say, both the Sender and the Recipient bind and encrypt the message and attachments thus locking the communication to only those two individuals. This ensures that it is “only” those two parties can read that particular piece of communication, because it is that specific person that must authenticate with their own biometric.

It’s easy, it’s fast, it’s secure, and it requires no user names or passwords, just “you” because it is “you” who is the authenticating factor.

OVERVIEW

Every day billions of e-messages are sent across the-mail Internet. No doubt your business relies on e-mail to exchange information and keep in touch.

But today’s e-mail systems are very vulnerable to a number of things.

Messages can easily be intercepted and read by prying eyes. Return addresses can be forged to make messages look authentic when actually they are attempts to get you to divulge personal information. E-mails can carry viruses, and senders of malicious messages are rarely caught because their origins are virtually impossible to trace. Messages that contain sensitive information are often carelessly forwarded to unintended persons. Junk e-mail now accounts for more than half of all e-mail volume, clogging inboxes and wasting our valuable time.

If you need a way to securely send and receive messages and to know for certain the identity of your recipients, bioMail™ is your solution. bioMail™ leverages the power of biometric identity to make it possible to use email confidently, without additional infrastructure for your organization.

bioMail enables secure email encryption end-to-end and more importantly person-to-person. It is a complete ecosystem enabling sending encrypted email and attachments between mobile device and email clients such as Microsoft Outlook. This enables businesses and organizations to be very sure that when an email is received, it was sent by the actual originator and not a man-in-the-middle attack. There is no other product like bioMail on the market today.

The areas of application for bioMail™ are vast. This form of personally encrypted communication can be used in any industry where private data must be exchanged conveniently, securely and confidentially.
